Delivery information varies depend on the selected product category, please read the below delivery information carefully . At the moment, We only deliver within Aylesbury.
Delivery is full-filled within 5 approx miles radius of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire .Postcodes mainly covered are HP18, HP19,HP20,HP21 and HP22.
Free delivery for minimum order value of £25.
We may deliver groceries and other fresh items separately depends on which day order is placed. You can expect groceries may be delivered on same day when order was placed whereas vegetables & fruits may be delivered either on Saturday or Sunday. But be sure we will not charge extra delivery fee.
For every missed delivery due to un-availability of customer at home an alternate arrangement can be made, however it would attract additional delivery fee of £3.99.
Delivery Policy for Grocery Products
- Grocery order placed before 1pm would be fulfilled on same day between 6pm and 9pm.We will keep you updated about your order.
- Grocery order placed after 1pm would be fulfilled on next day between 6pm and 9pm or before. We will keep you updated about your order.
Delivery Policy for Vegetables and Fresh Fruits.
Vegetables & fruits order placed between Saturday till Friday will be delivered on following Saturday or Sunday between 6pm and 9pm as per customer's preference so that you get fresh items. Leave us a note during checkout so that we will keep you updated about your order.
Order confirmation and Shipping information
Once order is placed successfully, we will review it , and confirm your order detail with date and time of delivery. We will deliver your order as described in each product categories.
Fulfilment of order is subjected to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will offer you an alternate item from another brand however you are free to decide whether you want alternate product or not. If the product range itself is unavailable we will not charge for the item.
In case we change the delivery date of your order due to supplier issues , bad weather or un-avoidable circumstances we will keep you updated with order status. Thank you!
Return Policy.
If you wish to return any items of purchase that you have made using our website, we will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges provided the goods are in a fully resalable condition. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Apna team who will guide you through the process via email info@limegreen-louse-762248.hostingersite.com and we will get back to you.
Non-Perishable items
We are happy to refund non perishable items within 7 days of purchase as long as they are unopened, resalable and in the same condition it was when purchased. To arrange a refund, please email us on info@apnabasket.co.uk with your name and order number.
We shall then be in touch to confirm the refund process. Please note all items being returned, are the responsibility of the customer until we confirm the products have been returned back in a re-sellable condition.
Items requiring a refund will need to be returned back to us at the cost of the customer. Shipping costs will be not refunded. A refund will only provided for the product being returned and once received in a re-sellable condition.
Please note that refunds will processed within 7 days of the item being received. Please allow up to 10 working days from your refund being authorised for your account to be credited.
Refunds will only be made to the card used at the time of purchase.
If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Perishable Items:
Perishable items are non - refundable and classed as items which are fresh product, a limited shelf life or something that deteriorates quickly.
If your item is of poor quality and unfit for use please send a picture along with your order number to info@apnabasket.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once we have received your request, we will notify you confirming whether your refund request has been accepted or rejected. Where possible, it would be appreciated if you could drop/ready for us to collet for the unfit item. We will then provide the refund/exchange within 14 days accordingly.
Refunds (if applicable)
If applicable your refund will be made within 14 days of confirmation and the refund will be returned to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product, as outlined in our cancellation policy and our Terms and Conditions
Damage or Missing Items.
Please email our Apnabasket team the details of any damages or missing items within 24 hours of recieving your order. Please attach pictures of any damaged products. We will review your claim and will respond via email asap.
Any goods despatched by us in error remain the property of Apnabasket. If you receive any goods by mistake, that weren't ordered, please contact us immediately to arrange for us to collect them.
